QUALITY CONTROL
IMMEDIATELY AFTER PRODUCTION

Upon completion of the planning phase, material procurement and preparatory work, ADITOR manufactures your individual switchgear. Immediate quality control in our test bay ensures compliance with the agreed schedule for assembly. All assembly work, as well as cable routing and wiring of the sensors and actuators, can be carried out in our production workshop, at the mechanical engineering partner’s premises or directly on site.

PRE-COMMISSIONING

Both the I/O test and computer-based bus testing (Ethernet, Profibus) are what give the green light for smooth commissioning. Testing in compliance with the applicable VDE/EN standards is what constitutes the actual conclusion of assembly work. Further support by ADITOR during commissioning or beyond is possible at any time.

 

EVERTHING TO PLAN

For our worldwide assembly service, we rely on highly qualified specialist staff who install every ADITOR system quickly and expertly. In order to further reduce the time required for final assembly and commissioning, we also offer our customers the option of installing their system in our production hall in advance and putting it into operation on a trial basis.
