Since 2017, Roman Molitor and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Stefan Thiel have been jointly responsible for managing the business of ADITOR GmbH. Stefan Thiel studied electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology in Trier and had already worked in the company for several years before being appointed to the executive board, first as project manager in the programming and hardware planning section, then as department manager. 

While founder Roman Molitor continues to look after the commercial sector and the Business Units of conveyor, warehousing and logistics systems and metallurgical engineering, Stefan Thiel, as managing director, is mainly responsible for the project business in the Business Unit of special-purpose machinery.
